Calling all engineers — clear your calendars!
In partnership with Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Cyber Peace Foundation, we are bringing Facebook's first-ever
Child Safety Hackathon to India!
The Hackathon kicks off on October 29 and ends on October 30. You're invited to participate and do your bit to find technology solutions for keeping kids safe.
IIT Delhi is our meeting spot for two days of hacking and we'll have experts from child safety NGOs like the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Cyber Peace Foundation, Aarambh and Bodhini participating. They will share insights ahead of the hack to help fuel the projects.
It's the first time we’ll all come together (engineers and policy folks in the same room – how bold!) for a bit of fun and hack through two days.
This is going to be epic!
All IP developed will be donated for use by NGOs dedicated to child online safety.
